SEC should reinstate the original uptick rule, which worked well for 70 years. The 2005 bull market period when market test was done was invlaid due to market conditions. Is a disgrace that SEC has failed to protect the individual investor by failing to enforce naked short selling rule.
Admit your moistakes, support the various federal/New York legal agencies to determing those SEC individuals who were compromoised (i.e. paid) to eliminate uptick rule and who have failed to enforce naked short sellling lsw.
