You guys need to reinstate the Up-Tick Rule right away. Please also crack down on naked short selling. There is massive manipulation and naked shorting on silver/gold stocks. "HL" is a great example. This stock have been held down by the big boys, and dropping even when silver goes up. We need to start taking responsibility, and let the markets run freely without massive manipulation. The small time investors, the tax players that put wall street on the map, are getting destroyed. We have no chance to compete in the market, and the blatant manipulation on stocks is killing the middle class. Please, vote yes to regulate shorting and help out the "little" people.
