I know the SEC meet yesterday what I don't know is why they would take 6 weeks to bring the uptick rule back this is something that should be done ASAP to bring back investor confidence as soon as possible. Seems to me that some of the short selling is destroying the financial sector as I even write this.... I really hope the SEC has learned from past mistakes and take the appropriate actions soon....
