Why is it so difficult for you to figure out that the market is being manipulated. I have been investing for years and I have never seen fluctuation and late day fall offs which have been happening. The removal of regulations on short selling is killing the market (naked shorts, up tick rule, and limits on leveraging) are the main ones. Companies are getting killed by the lack of your action. These regulations were put in place to prevent the very things that are happening to the market. Many experts including the Fed chairman believe this will help. If I need to file a lawsuit to get some action just let me know I can prove my case and I am sure a jury and the press will have a feild day. retired Navy man takes on SEC (the Gov)
