why have you not re-instated the up-tick rule, have you not learned by now it is destroying confidence in the market for the small investor who is long. when making a contribution into a 401K the only option is to be long, and the shorts are killing us. Why not give a little protection to the small investor to go long, at this point I no longer whish to contribute to my 401K, I think I am not alone. The Bush administration sold us out, are you going to continue selling us out?
