What is the current status of the SEC'c examination of the reinstatement of the Up-tick Rule. Short selling is ruining this market. What is the current thinking of our new Chairman Ms. Shapiro? Question: What purpose does short selling accomplish other than making money for the Short Trader or their organization? Doesn't everyone else lose?
