Please bring back the uptick rule. What are you waiting for? The rule wouldn't fix everything but it would help stem the onslaught of short selling, which is only making the problem worse. Also, stop naked short selling. Are you people for the U.S. or against it? I'm starting to wonder. WAKE UP! Thanks
