The Uptick Rule was intact more than 60 years. There was no reason for this rule to be removed in 2007. I believe this was a mistake and has caused out of control
short-selling downward trends on the market. I support reinstating this rule. Short-sellers should not be allowed to manipulate the market as they can today.
