Dear Chairman,
As an investor and an American citizen, I implore you to bring back the up tick rule, as it was a year and a half ago and to do it immediately. My confidence to invest in our markets at this moment is shaken because the short sellers can wreck any investment I make without regard to the underlying value of the company. You must stop the bear raids!
