As I write this, shorts are busy spreading lies, innuendo, fear, uncertainty, and doubt in an effort to dismantle and destroy the ratings agencies Moody's and parent company McGraw Hill.
And, as in the case of Lehman, I see the SEC doing what they are best known for: ignoring the imminent danger and doing nothing.
