Subject: Uptick Rule

For the sake of my IRA, can you not see the damage you have done by eliminating the “Vptick Rule”!in July, 2007. Since then, the Short Sellers have destroyed the Pensions of millions of American citizens.

Please reinstitute this important safe guard to stop the carnage on Wall Street.
