As you gleefully watch the capital markets go to zero. Is it too much to ask if y'all have a clue as to what, if anything, your going to do to restore order. The "UP TICK" rule restoration would be an easy and timely thing to consider. Or do you enjoy and/or profit from watching hours on end of nonstop selling Just asking.
