Subject: Uptick rule

Has anyone at the SEC noticed that there are massive short raids on GE, Citicorp, Bank of Amarica

What is the public benefit in permitting this activity, which is purely financial in nature Where is the up-tick rule restoration that would help to moderate these financial games? This has been under discussion for over six months. There is certainly no evidence whatever of the tough new regulatory environment; its business as usual at the SEC.
