Subject: Uptick Rule and/or Ban Naked Short Selling

I've emailed numerous times but nobody has gotten back to me. Are you planning on reinstating this rule The market is on a downward spiral and there is no confidence. With no confidence in the market, there are no buyers, and with no buyers, the short sellers continue to get rich off of America's decline. I do feel wholeheartedly that the uptick and/or ban of naked short selling will add a touch of confidence to Wall Street. We have nothing else to look forward to, so at least, perhaps this will help.
