I support reinstating the Uptick rule. Look back at the market before and after the Uptick rule removal. AIG was taken down by the short sellers and all we could do was watch. To stop the short selling was not the answer, then you are stopping the trading. The Uptick rule allows for trading to happen in a safe way.
