Dear Chairman Schapiro,
I have been anxiously awaiting actions by the SEC to correct the terrible misdeeds of the former Chairperson, Christopher Cox. I believe his unleashing of the Short Interests, did severe harm to our financial system, especially the banks. I do not understand why the UPTICK rule has not been reinvoked, and I do not understand why naked short selling is permitted.
