Dear Mr. Chairman:
Having been in the securities business for 45 years, I dot understand how you could be so wrong as to have suspended and failed to reinstate the uptick rule. It is a mistake of colossal proportions. Short selling without an uptick is akin to throwing gasoline on a fire.
