Dear Chairman Mary Schapiro,
The withdrawal of the uptick rule by the previous disastrous Administration should be reversed.
This has led to mayhem in the financial markets with many sound companies decimated, and myself and many other investors incurring crippling losses.
You must act to restore sanity and order to markets by instituting rules to protect the average American and safeguard their savings.
Please immediately reinstate the uptick rule.
