Please re-instate the up tick rule.Please look back to October 2008. Review the tremendous amount of "naked shorting" and a lack of an uptick rule on bank stocks during this period. That has cost me and my children thousands of dollars in bailout and tarp money to the banks that were ruthlessly shorted during this period.
Please protect the average American
