Madam Chairperson:
I fully support reinstatement of the uptick rule. I don't believe the SEC should be a silent partner
to hedge funds bilking billions by indiscriminate shorting.
It is also time to start prosecuting naked short sellers of gold, silver, and shares. They have
gotten away with this illegal activity long enough.
