Dear chairwoman Mary Shapiro:
Please reinstate the uptick rule to curtail the abuses in short selling, as well as enforce the rules against naked short selling. Lack of regulation has brought the world to its knees. When are decent people going to stand up and say enough is enough. What happened to integrity and morality How can we not prosecute those criminals responsible for creating this mess
