I am an investor. Please put the TIC rule back in play. Vert little needs to be chaned. It was working and will continue to work. Re-instae the TIC Rule.
PS: Get the speculators out of the oil. If the individual, company or bidder cannot physically take procession of the product - they cannot speculate on this product.
