Dear Chairman Mary Schapiro,
A critical error in judgment of the last Administration was the withdrawal of the uptick rule. It was a built in safeguard whose removal has allowed the intentional( ) decimation of Pension Funds, personal savings and much more.
The question is to whose gain Clearly NOT the average American.
It is time to create rules to TRULY protect the average American and their savings. Please reinstate the uptick rule!
