Not sure who to send this to, but will the Uptick rule ever be implemented? I'm getting real tired of the short sellers driving stocks I own into the ground. They are even shorting ETF stocks (which is pathetic in itself)... I've seen posts from writers on thestreet.com trying to get people to short the AOD cef stock.
I'm tired of losing money over it.
True investors are the ones getting money stolen from them.
