Dear the SEC:
Naked short selling involves a creation of counterfeit shares. It is the same as printing counterfeit currency.
There should be a complete ban on naked short selling.
There had to be many violations regarding naked short selling. The SEC should consider going after the violators and fine them heavily. It would be great for the stock market if the SEC uses the fines to fund operational expenses for a better enforcement of current rules and regulations.
