I as an investor (and supporter of Jim Cramer) I want to log my request for the reinstatement of the Short Sale Uptick and Must-Borrow Stock to Short Security Rules. Having seen the affect that the current rules have had on the markets over the last 12 monthes (especially the near destruction of the banking system) this change should be a no-brainer.
