The updick rule needs to be law again. There are not enough
protections in place for the small investor. We have all watched our stock and mutual funds fall terribly due to no fault of our own. Most of the baby boom generation will be working a lot longer, which makes it harder for younger people to get jobs. I falsely thought after the Savings and Loan mess in the late 1980's the government would have
learned. It is time for the little guy to get some protection from the greedy.
