It's time we bring back the uptick rule or some form of it. We have personally lost millions of dollars in our investments and 401K. Our house and retirement home have diminished in value. Being retired, the econnmic downturn has effected us tremendously and everything around us. Friends have lost their jobs. Real estate investments have foreclosed. What are you waiting for? Hasn't there been enough destruction in the last two years since you abolished the uptick rule that was in place for 70 years? Will it take another crash to help you change your mind? Possibly you haven't experienced losing enough money. Well we have and it's time you listen.
