I strongly urge the SEC to reinstate the "Uptik Rule".
As an investor in the stock market, I have experienced significant paper losses which I partially attribute to the elimination of the Uptik Rule. I think the small investor needs the protection of the "Uptik Rule" put in place following the stock market crash in 1929. It served the small investor well for 70 years and should be reinstated.
