Please bring back fair markets for the small investor who has lost confidence in the market.
1. Reinstate the Uptick Rule.
2. Enforce the law prohibiting naked short selling.
3. Ban levered "short side" sector based ETF's.
The retail investor needs to know our government is doing everything it can to make the playing field level for everyone, and to prevent bad practices.
We are counting on the new administration to do what is right for all of us.
