BRING BACK THE UPTICK RULE ALLREADY!!
Citigroup falls to a dollar and I see relentless shorting of huge blocks of shares - 100k, 300k, 500k forcing funds to sell and individual investors to capitulate. Your organization is supposed to protect the integrity of the markets and just the opposite is happening. I sincerely hope you all get dismissed with the new administration.
