Restore the Uptick Rule.
I watch Jim Cramer everyday on Mad Money. He outlined why the Uptick Rule must be reinstated. We have a bunch of gamblers, not investors destroying company's and taking down serious investors in the process.
Steve Forbes also makes a case for restoring the Uptick Rule.
Please, don't cower to the brokerage houses.
