Are you kidding me? Plese for the love of all that is right and just bring back the uptick rule. When are the regulatory bodies going to do what is right? "I, as a small investor, have had one of my stocks driven down unmercifully to $1 with 35% of the float shorted. The uptick rule would have helped stop this. Our stock was also shorted by naked shorters. Shorters must prove they have the stock in hand to short."
