please re-instate the uptick rule. Those that profited from its repeal could care less about me or my 401k, but i have lost over half its value and this was one device that aided in the integrity of the market. I have little confidence in the market as it is now but would consider adding to my portfolio in order to rebuild my retirement if this tool was brought back.
