Please reinstate the original up-tic rule for stocks.
Please do not allow ETF or hedge funds to short more shares of stocks than they owns.
The SEC should be looking out for the interests of all investors, big and small. The SEC needs to instill in the public the confidence that it once had by doing what is right.
