You must restore the uptick rule to bring back order to the stock markets. The removal of the uptick rule served no purpose other than to allow raids
on the stocks of otherwise solvent companies.
You must also strickly enforce the rules against
"naked shorts" and regulate the new ultra-short ETF's.
