As a "retail" investor I view the current short selling environment as hazardous. I have very little money to gamble with short selling.
Without the Uptick Rule as has been in effect since the 30's the stock market to small investor is like a busy interstate with a pedestrian trying to cross it.

I see the proponents of the status quo short selling rules and the shorting ETF's as very, very, greedy people. Money should be made with wealth creation, not destruction.

You do not have the appearance or factual basis of an even playing field.
