Please restore integrity and trust to the stock market by restoring the uptick rule, and disallowing both naked shorting and ultra-short ETFs.
After years of prudent investing my hard-earned money in my 401K and IRA, I have been shocked to see my investments disappear and companies ruined because strict trading rules are not in place that ensure an orderly market.
Consider the needs of the average person over those few who know how to manipulate the market.
