Please return sanity to the Market.The uptick rule is needed.The growth of ETFs and hedge funds(especially) are able to club down whole sectors ,say nothing about a single stock.ALSO,naked short selling MUST be STOPPED What a joke Control the short selers.Bring back an even playing field for the retail investor.
