Please re-establish the up tick rule so as to level the playing field for the smaller investor. The basic concept of investing and creatng security and growth in our county is to encourage growth in the compay we invest in and not to delibertly destroy a company value so as to make a profit as some large hudge funds have done by shorting and dumping large amounts of stock on the market. There need to be more transparency as to who is dumping thier stock on the market.
