To Whom it may concern:
I believe that it is to everyone's advantage that the UPTICK RULE be reinstated. This is beneficial for traders and corporations alike. The past experiences with the volatility and fluctuations in the stock market preclude the necessary action of the uptick rule to be reinstated.
