I fully support the immediate reinstatement of the original Uptick Rules and more importantly the enforcement against Naked Short Selling. Hopefully these rules and other regulations implemented in the near term will help to stabalize the markets, reduce investor fear levels and prevent future FINANCIAL TERRORISM that occurred in 2008.
