Wall Street has lost credibility because of many things,but mostly because of the "SHORTS". Short sellers should not have the upper hand.
Commisioner Schapiro, please, no more wattered down version with exceptions, especially for ETFs.
The "Uptick Rule" had served us right for so many years, please reinstate it right away so that all investors have an even field with the hedge funds.
The other commisioners made so many mistakes in the past that it seems to me they are afraid to move in any direction for the fear that they will make more. This way the crafty Wall Street will end up making the rules, and we saw where that took us.
It is up to you, Commisioner Schapiro to do the right thing for the American People, retirees like me, and all small investors.
We are looking forward to a change for the better and a commision that brings respect and trust in working for all of us. Let's end loopholes and bring integrity to this part of goverment. I trust that you will do the right thing.
