I fully support the proposed rule s7-07-23, which provides a needed expansion to the scope of entities subject to Regulation Systems Compliance and Integrity (Regulation SCI) under the Securities Exchange Act, especially the addition of registered security-based swap data repositories (SBSDRs) and certain registered broker-dealers. Technology has progressed since the regulation was first adopted in 2014 and robust cybersecurity continues to be critical to health of our economy and capital markets. U.S. regulations should be updated to reflect the times. I appreciate the SECs efforts under the guidance of Chair Gensler to advocate for better regulated and more secure markets for all. -- Thanks Sandeep K
