I believe whistleblowers are an integral part in finding out fraudulent activities or raising questions in areas of unethical certainty. Therefore I am for the proposal of improving the whistleblower program, but as a retail trader I believe more must be done with where whistleblower reports go. Theyre reports should also be given to the public, not just the SEC/DOJ, as this would allow for a flow of transparency. Let the people see whistleblower reports on companies to help retailers determine if an investment in certain securities merit further digging or not. Thank you for all your time and efforts.
