Jun 21, 2018 Securities and Exchange Commission To the and Exchange Commission, My wife and I have run a business for 30 years and never would we consider putting profits over the interest of our customers. It is BAD business practice to do so. In those 30 years we had to advertise very little because of our reputation for being fair, honest and customer-centric. That is the only way to run a profitable business. Taking advantage of customers through a loop hole is unconscionable. I'm counting on you to make a stronger rule that closes the loophole.
