Jun 21, 2018 Securities and Exchange Commission To the and Exchange Commission, As a senior citizen who is trying to survive on social security and my investments, I need to know that the person who is advising me on where to invest is looking out for my interest, not their interest. Close this loophole and hold anyone who gives fiancial advise accountable to investors by ensuring they look out for the investors welfare, not their own. I dont mind paying a financial advisor for their time and their knowledge. I just want you to insure that they are not double dealing on my investments. I'm counting on you to make a stronger rule that closes the loophole. Americans who've worked hard to save for retirement deserve peace of mind about their financial security. Sincerely, Mr. Mark Slevin
