Jun 21, 2018 Securities and Exchange Commission To the and Exchange Commission, I'm writing to you today to encourage you to strengthen the financial advisor rule that you are currently considering. Financial advisors should have their clients best interests in mind when advising people on what to do with their money, not what improves their bottom line the most. I am constantly bombarded with emails and prodding from my mutual fund to sign up for some financial advice service, but knowing how weak the SEC rules are in this area makes me reluctant to act on any of these offers. Please make a decision that will help main street instead of wall street. I'm counting on you to make a stronger rule that closes the loophole. Americans who've worked hard to save for retirement deserve peace of mind about their financial security. Sincerely, Mr. Bob Wyllie
