Would you allow a loophole that allows poison manufacturers to add their product to our foods? Would you allow a loophole that allows the most needy to suffer? Oh, yeah, you do. I know that you don't intend to close this loophole. It pads your pocket. Sorry to waste your time. I'm counting on you to make a stronger rule that closes the loophole.
