Jun 20, 2018 Securities and Exchange Commission To the and Exchange Commission, I'm counting on you to make a stronger rule that closes the loophole. Americans who've worked hard to save for retirement deserve peace of mind about their financial security. An investor who speaks to a broker for advice should not have to worry as to whether the advice being given pads the account of the broker at the expense of the person seeking advice. The investor needs to feel confident that the advice being given is in the best interest of the investor with no exceptions. Sincerely, Mrs. Ruth Pennoyer
